Early Bird Online Membership Renewal/Signup started May 2, 2024.
The CSC membership year is June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025.
You can join or renew CSC membership one of three ways:
1. Join Online- complete required information & pay online with a credit card, most expedient and preferred method, or mail (address) a check. Join Online .
Note: If you were a CSC member in the past you already have an online account. Please do not create a new account.
Note: Only primary members can renew membership for a couple or family.
If you forgot your username/password you can reset it when logging in. The system will send a password reset email that includes your username. For additional login help, click the "Login Help" button on the top right of the home page.

2. Fillable PDF form - download our Fillable Membership App fill out, print and mail (address) with a check or bring it and a check to a CSC meeting.
Note: To use this form as a fillable PDF it's easier to save it to your desktop (right click "save link As" )
3. In person - Come to a CSC meeting and complete a membership application in person.
